Fitness Classes Schedule:
- 08:00am–09:00am - Boot Camp (all levels): Build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals.
- 06:00pm–07:00pm - Pilates (all levels) Improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture, and enhance mental awareness.
- 05:00pm–06:00pm - Functional Training (all levels) Develop exercises which allow individual to perform the activities of daily life. Target core muscle of the abdomen and lower back.
- 05:00pm–06:00pm - Core Blaster (all levels) High intensity routines that increase power, strength and stabilization.
- 08:00am–09:00am- Circuit Training (all levels): Resistance training using high-intensity aerobics. It targets strength building and muscular endurance.
- 06:00pm –07:00pm - Pilates (all levels) Improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture, and enhance mental awareness.
- 11:00am –12:00pm- Fitness Combat (all levels) Focuses on the physical form, execution and mental strength. Fitness Combat brings cardio intensity, agility and mental reflex.
- 11:00am –12:00pm -Yoga (all levels) Develop core strength and obtain a flat and toned abdominal
