Fitness Classes Schedule:

Monday

  • 08:00am–09:00am - Boot Camp (all levels): Build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals.
  • 07:00pm–08:00pm - Yoga (beginner): Practices to train the body and mind to self-observe and become aware of their own nature.

Wednesday

  • 05:00pm–06:00pm - Pilates (all levels): Improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture, and enhance mental awareness.
  • 07:00pm–08:00pm - Circuit Training (all levels): Resistance training using high-intensity aerobics. It targets strength building and muscular endurance.

Thursday

  • 08:00am–09:00am - Core Yoga (all levels): Develop core strength and obtain a flat and toned abdominal region.
  • 07:00pm–08:00pm - Fitness Combat (all levels): Focuses on the physical form, execution and mental strength. Fitness Combat brings cardio intensity, agility and mental reflex.

Friday

  • 08:00am–09:00am- Circuit Training (all levels): Resistance training using high-intensity aerobics. It targets strength building and muscular endurance.
  • 05:00pm –06:00pm - Yoga (advanced): It increased flexibility, muscle strength and tone.

Saturday

  • 08:00am–09:00am - Functional Training (all levels): Develop exercises which allow individual to perform the activities of daily life. Target core muscle of the abdomen and lower back.
  • 11:00am –12:00pm - Pilates on the Ball (all levels): Fine-tune body awareness and enhance physical performance.

Sunday

  • 08:00am–09:00am - Fitness Combat (all levels): Focuses on the physical form, execution and mental strength. Fitness Combat brings cardio intensity, agility and mental reflex.
  • 11:00am –12:00pm - Core Blaster (all levels): High intensity routines that increase power, strength and stabilization.
